CeBIT 2009: Scythe GODHAND CPU cooler

Guests of the last Cebit 2009 exhibition had opportunity to see the bigest CPU cooler ever.

The GODHAND cooles the CPU using ten copper pipes and an electric fan of 250mm radius.

I am just wondering what is the power consumption and a noise level of this thing :-)
